 个人简介:男,云南玉溪人,工学博士,硕士生导师。2023年6月获得江南大学食品科学与工程专业博士学 位,导师为陈卫院士;2018年6月获得西北农林科技大学食品工程专业硕士学位,导师为刘学波教授;2015年6月获得西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程专业学士学位;2023年8月以高层次人才引进到昆明理工大学食品科学与工程学院工作。共发表论文二十余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文8篇。
