个人简介:钟玉杰,女,1991年生,河南濮阳人,博士,硕士生导师。 2022年12月年毕业于西北农林科技大学食品科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位;2019年6月毕业于西北农林科技大学食品科学专业,获工学硕士学位;2016年6月年毕业于河南工业大学油脂工程专业,获工学学士学位。2023年3月以高层次人才引进到昆明理工大学食品科学与工程学院工作。目前以第一作者发表SCI学术论文9篇,EI论文1篇。
