江永利

研究领域:绿色活性包装材料与食品保鲜;农产品高值化加工及副产物生态安全利用;食品新型加工技术及质量控制。

个人简介:江永利,男,1994年生,中共党员,硕士生导师。本硕博均就读于上海交通大学食品科学与工程专业,20228月获工学博士学位。博士期间以第一作者发表SCI论文11篇(中科院JCR分区一区10篇),累积影响因子达91。荣获国家奖学金(3次)、上海市优秀毕业生(2次)、上海交通大学优秀辅导员(2次)、校优秀团干部、校三好学生、校社会实践先进个人等荣誉30余项。20229月以高层次人才引进到昆明理工大学食品科学与工程学院工作。
