个人简介:赵格,女,重庆人,博士,硕士生导师。2022年10月毕业于丹麦技术大学,获博士学位;2018年6月毕业于华南理工大学食品科学专业,获工学硕士学位;2015年6月年毕业于西南大学食品质量与安全专业,获工学学士学位。2023年9月以高层次人才引进到昆明理工大学食品科学与工程学院工作。第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI学术论文7篇。
