个人简介:王曙光,博士,昆明理工大学高层次引进人才,硕士生导师。华南理工大学和加拿大University of Alberta联合培养博士,云南省“兴滇英才”青年人才,云南省“三区”科技人才,国际食物营养与安全协会秘书。主要从事功能性食品研究与开发,特别是在生物活性肽的高效制备、分离鉴定、吸收代谢、肠道微生态调控及活性评价等方面具有扎实的研究基础。同时拥有较丰富的功能性食品相关科技成果转化及产业化经验。


目前,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、云南省基础研究面上项目,云南省“兴滇英才”青年人才项目及企业技术服务项目6项,作为技术骨干参与多项国家重点研究发展计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目和云南省重大科技专项等。发表SCI论文18篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文10篇(第一作者9篇,含中科院一区TOP论文8篇),授权国家发明专利3项,参编食品营养领域教材3部,参编食源肽相关团体标准2项。担任Journal of Future Foods编委,Food Science and Human WellnessiMeta青年编委。
