个人简介：王曙光，男，1993年生，中共党员，硕士生导师。2023年6月毕业于华南理工大学，获工学博士学位，2021-2022年在加拿大阿尔伯塔大学（农业、营养与食品科学专业）开展博士联合培养。2023年8月以高层次人才引进至昆明理工大学食品科学与工程学院工作。主要从事生物活性肽制备、分离、鉴定及构效关系研究，新兴蛋白质资源精深加工及高值化利用，多模型生物活性功效评价体系构建以及代谢性疾病调控机制。拥有较丰富的功能性食品相关科技成果转化及产业化经验，核桃蛋白改善记忆肽产品于国内保健食品龙头企业上市销售。
作为主要参与人参与多项国家重点研究发展计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目等。在本领域知名学术期刊Trends in Food Science & Technology、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry和Current Opinion in Food Science等发表论文17篇，其中以第一作者发表论文10篇，包括SCI论文8篇（其中7篇发表在中科院I区TOP期刊）；授权国家发明专利3项。目前，担任《Journal of Future Foods》青年编委以及International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Journal of Functional Foods、International Journal of Food Engineering、Nutrients等期刊审稿人。多次参加国家创新创业大赛，以主要完成人获得第六届中国国际“互联网+”创新创业大赛国赛银奖、广东省金奖等。
