个人简介：殷小钰，女，1993年生，黑龙江鹤岗人，中共党员。本硕博均就读于东北农业大学，2021年毕业于东北农业大学畜产品加工工程专业，获工学博士学位（导师：孔保华教授）。现任昆明理工大学食品科学与工程学院教师，硕士生导师。2022年4月以高层次人才引进到昆明理工大学食品科学与工程学院工作。
