研究领域:基于食品资源功能因子的营养与健康。应用现代天然产物化学手段解析功能因子分子结构;应用体内(in vivo)和体外(in vitro)等功能评价模型,结合分子生物学、细胞生物学等研究手段揭示功能成分对人体健康的分子机制。
主讲课程:本科:《食品毒理学》,《食品化学实验》;研究生:《食品功能因子》,《功能食品研究进展》。
个人简介:
程桂广,博士,教授,博士生导师,云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”入选者。2014年1月年毕业于中国科学院昆明植物研究所,同年3月入职昆明理工大学。先后获得“红云园丁”优秀教师奖、研究生指导最美教师等。现任食品科学与工程系系主任、食品功能因子研究与利用团队负责人、果蔬功能新食品产业技术创新联盟副理事长、中国民族医药学会健康产业分会理事、中国食品科学技术学会会员、Food Safety and Health创刊副主编、《云南民族大学学报》编委、《中国果菜》青年编委、Foods和Molecules等杂志客座编辑等。
主要从事植物源食品功能因子高效利用与健康食品开发。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金(青年、地区)项目、云南省重大研发计划、云南省基础研究项目、云南省教学改革项目、企业技术服务项目等10余项。参与国家自然科学基金(杰出青年、面上及地区)项目、国家“863”课题等多项。获云南省自然科学奖三等奖(排名第一)、二等奖(排名第三)和中国商业联合会科学技术奖三等奖(排名第四)。近五年,以第一和通讯作者发表研究文章80余篇,其中SCI论文60余篇(包括中科院大类一区论文14篇,二区论文18篇),授权发明专利19项,实现转让4项。出版《食品质量与安全实验技术》教材1部,出版《云南食药用花卉》学术著作一部。主持省级优质研究生课程建设项目1项和研究生教学案例库项目1项。
