研究领域:风味化学、茶叶风味品质、色谱-质谱分析、天然活性成分的绿色制备。以云南特色食品和农产品,包括茶叶、咖啡、三七等为研究对象,围绕上述复杂食品体系中的风味品质、质量安全检测等问题,开展风味代谢物分析、色谱–质谱理论及应用、代谢组学研究、天然活性成分绿色制备等方面的研究。

个人简介:任达兵,男,汉族,1987年出生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,食品科学与技术学院食品质量与安全系系主任。2010年获中南大学应用化学专业学位;2015年获中南大学化学专业博士学位;2015年作为高层次人才到昆明理工大学参加工作;2017年,云南省高层次人才引进计划“青年人才”称号。
研究特长:基于色谱-质谱联用平台发展高通量、高特异性、高灵敏度分析检测方法,基于R和Python等语言开发先进的色谱-质谱数据处理方法,基于离子液体等绿色溶剂对天然活性成分进行绿色制备和应用。
