王正旋

研究领域:基于食品资源功能因子的营养与健康,应用现代分离纯化技术,天然产物化学手段解析功能因子分子结构,应用酶水平、细胞水平和动物水平等不同功能评价模型,利用分子生物学、多组学分析方法揭示功能成分对人体健康的作用效果及其分子机制。

主讲课程:本科:《食品工程原理》、《食品毒理学》;研究生:《食品功能因子》、《酿酒加工技术》。

个人简介:王正旋,中共党员、博士、硕士生导师,云南省“三区”科技人才。本、硕、博毕业于哈尔滨工业大学,2022年获得工学博士学位。目前担任Journal of future food期刊青年编委和云南民族大学学报编委,发表SCI论文30余篇,其中第一作者或通讯共20篇,发明专利4项,承担云南省基金2项、云南省重点项目1项。
