个人简介:女,工学博士,硕士生导师。2017年获得国家公派资格就读于法国索邦大学,2021年9月获得索邦大学材料物理与化学专业博士学位。2021年12月以高层次人才引进到昆明理工大学食品科学与工程学院工作。主要研究的食品包装与生物材料的研发与应用。近年来,在Carbohydrate PolymersBiomacromolecules,Food Chemistry,International Journal of Biological Macromolecules,Journal of Applied Polymer Science等国际期刊上发表SCI论文17篇。主持省部级项目2项。
