个人简介:女,博士,教授,博导,硕导,“兴滇英才支持计划”入选者,2023-2025年“全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”入选者。2012年6月毕业于华南理工大学,获得工学博士学位。主要从事功能性绿色食品包装材料、农产品保鲜包装和生物质废弃物资源化综合利用的相关研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、省部级项目5项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文40余篇,ESI热点论文2篇,ESI高被引论文7篇,以第一发明人授权发明专利6项。担任Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、Chemical Engineering Journal、Food Packaging and Shelf Life、Trends inFoodScience & Technology等国内外重要学术期刊审稿专家。
