个人简介:韩鹏,男,汉族,一九八二年生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。二零零五年获甘肃农业大学生物工程专业工学学士学位;二零零九年获甘肃农业大学食品营养与卫生学专业医学硕士学位;二零一三年毕业于中国农业大学获食品生物技术专业工学博士学位。主要从事食品用酶和抑菌蛋白的开发与应用研究和微生物相关教学工作。指导硕士研究生十三名,主持和完成国家级和省部级课题3项,发表学术论文十余篇,获批国家发明专利一项。
